I have just got my account @robbarton unbanned from Chaturbate and I went into @just_emmy's room for the first time today this year. The only thing I said in chat was "Beautiful voice". Then @paleale68 told @just_emmy to read his private message. Next thing I know is I was banned from @just_emmy's room for no legitimate reason.

What can I do in a situation like this? Please help. I've sent multiple requests to Chaturbate support last year in regards to this same issue but I'm tired of being banned from this room with no logical reason other than @paleale68 telling the broadcaster @just_emmy to ban me from her room because he doesn't like me. @punker barbie

@punker barbie

The broadcaster @just_emmy banned my @robbarton account from her room this morning with no logical reason for banning my account from her room. And my account is still banned from her room.

This issue would be a new support ticket. And I'm well aware that the broadcaster @just_emmy can decide who is and who is not allowed in her room.

However, I firmly believe that broadcasters should have a legitimate reason to ban someone from their room. In other words, I believe any ban from a broadcaster's room has to be approved by the Chaturbate team before the ban can be carried out.

@just_emmy claims that, as long as members of her room respect her and other members of the room, everyone is welcome in her room...

But every time I speak in @just_emmy's chat, I get singled out and banned from her room even though I don't do anything to disrespect her or other members of her room.

You are not going to get help from CB about this. It's her room, her choice. Final.

They know she doesn’t want you there. Stop bothering her. Find another room to enjoy and don’t be a stalkery type of member.

Any reason she decides in her room is legitimate. It's super ick that you feel you have the right to have it explained to you, and that you even feel entitled to ask. It almost sounds like you feel people can only ban you, if you approve of the reason. This is a major red flag, boundary-crossing behavior/belief. Ick. Yuck. Creepy af.

I'm going to post this here, and I'm just wanting feedback from the community here on Ambercutie. This is my experience and direct messages involved with this issue. I'm tagging @punker barbie but I don't know if support can help.

This is my Direct Message with @paleale68 on chaturbate around June of last year. However, @paleale68 has been PM'ing me since the first day I joined @just_emmy's room on April 2, 2024 about this same issue. I know it's a lot to read but this is the reason that I am upset. I hope you take the time to read through it. This DM was on my @strangewilly1 account before I created the @robbarton one.

The final image is what @paleale68 (a moderator) said in @just_emmy's chat room today and referenced me as a stalker once again. I go in @just_emmy's room as an anonymous user.

The day after my @robbarton account was banned from her room, I used my @strangewilly1 account and told @just_emmy that I thought her room was very friendly and that everyone was welcome in her room. And I told her that I'm not going to join her room anymore and then said goobye to her.

@just_emmy knows that @strangewilly1 account is mine as well and I spoke to her before @paleale68 joined her room. @just_emmy could've banned me again on my @strangewilly1 account if she thought I was a bad person of any kind. However, @just_emmy tagged me and said "Bye Bye" to me with an image of a crying cat waving goodbye.

@paleale68 doesn't know of this last interaction between me and @just_emmy. Like I said I'm wanting feedback and maybe thoughts and opinions about how a situation like this can be handled.

Move on, please. For your own well-being as much as for any other reason.
Not going to read those messages, they are called private for a reason.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm much happier being an "Anonymous User" anyway. After this incident in this room, I changed both my user names of my accounts and I don't even use them anymore.

No point in having an account if I can't support the broadcaster(s) that I want. Oh, well, thanks anyway.

I read some of all that. Wow that's a lot of time for 2 grown men to be spending interacting with each other on a site most men go, to interact with women. It's shocking.

Only read the first one because who has time to read that much hs drama. But this is why I generally think mods are a bad idea, guy wants to spend money, mod creates an issue, mod loses model money.

The 1 month that I spent in the broadcaster's room between April 2 and May 2, 2024 (the day I was banned from her room the first time), that user would private message me everyday. I told him to stop PM'ing me and to leave me alone. I had to leave her room as soon as he joined the room so that I could watch her show in peace.

In her chat on May 2, 2024, he demanded that I be removed from her room and she kicked me from her room shortly after.

During the time that these Direct Messages took place, I didn't even go into her room at all and it was also after he found out that my account was unbanned from her room. He didn't know that the ban was for 30 days.

I've wrote to support about this user several times.

I appreciate you reading a portion of it.

To be honest, the only thing I wanted to do was say hello to the broadcaster and to tip her when I was able to. Instead, everyday I am bothered (harassed) by this user and I can't even watch her show without him causing me problems.

I finally learned how to block him from PM'ing me or DM'ing me a few days ago

However, he is a moderator of her room and if I appear in the room or in the chat, he would either silence me or tell the broadcaster to kick me from her room.

I just wrote to support asking them to delete these Direct Messages so that they can't see what my new user names are.

Upon looking at all the settings that I can change, I found out that I can change my location by editing my Bio.

I'm looking at all possible settings that I can change to protect myself. And that happened to be one of them.

So, it’s been almost a year since all this started. And for a year you have been going to her room, under different accounts or anonymously watching her show, even though she clearly does not want you there?

It doesn’t matter if you think some other member “brainwashed” her into banning you. The fact remains that SHE banned you, and you clearly are not welcome in her room. And yet, instead of moving on, you are now violating boundaries she has set in place and going where you are unwelcome. That’s such a huge red flag. And guess what? I agree with the member you hate so much. That’s legitimate stalker behavior.

Like, I’m honestly hoping you’re just trolling, because if I found out someone I banned was obsessively watching my shows for a full ass year, I’d be really freaked out.

However, I firmly believe that broadcasters should have a legitimate reason to ban someone from their room. In other words, I believe any ban from a broadcaster's room has to be approved by the Chaturbate team before the ban can be carried out.

As already stated, no. This is an awful idea.

1. Any reason to not want to talk to, interact with, and especially give sexual services to someone is a legitimate reason. No is a complete sentence.

2. We are not employees of the cam sites we work on. We are independent contractors. As such, we have the right to render services to whoever we want and deny services to whoever we want.

3. Support is already backed up, why would they need this clogging up the support queue?

4. I only skimmed some of the screenshots you posted, but from what I gathered, you barely tipped and was always hanging around her show. A lot of models ban for a whole lot less. And since other members in her room clearly did not like you (which if you were freeloading and making yourself obvious, actual tippers won’t like you), you became a liability to her show. Why would she risk upsetting and potentially losing tipping regulars for someone she wasn’t making money off of?

Anyway, you seriously need to move on. Honestly, you should probably see a therapist or any mental health professional. What you’ve posted in this thread alone is worrisome, and for your sake and the sake of any other woman you may become infatuated with in the future, you need to get some help.

I am tempted to side with the moderator here. Reading the chatlog (yes I did it and I don't know why), it looks like a moderator (and model) who are finally defeated and enraged by the lack of effectiveness of the chaturbate blocking system. Why implement a system of blocking if the member can just spin up a new anonymous account and continue the harassment? Clearly that isn't good for the model and it isn't good for the moderator who probably has to deal with 90% of his bullshit when the model is busy.

I really don't understand the purpose of grey users on any site other than to boost the viewers in a room. If they're not contributing financially then why can't they make it a stipulation that a credit card has to be logged to the account before it is opened? That way it's much more difficult for these people to keep spinning up new accounts because the credit card can be cross-reference.

Maybe that question has been answered 1000 times over the years......

This guy isn't someone who is spending money. This guy is someone who is just there to harass, annoy and be a borderline psycho with the model. I'm with the moderator on this one. Yes, many do overstep the mark but as a moderator, it gets annoying to see repeat offenders find an easy way around what should be an effective and solid safety feature for models.

Moderators can’t ban members though, right? Only models can ban or permaban someone from their room? Genuinely asking since I don’t really have much experience camming on CB.

If that’s the case, since he was banned the model banned him. Maybe she really doesn't like OP, and had the mod act as her mouthpiece. Maybe she didn’t care much either way about OP and decided to ban him to stop drama and not lose a member who probably rips more than him. Or maybe the mod did, in fact, pressure her into it.

We don’t know her side of the story, only the side of a man who has admitted to watching her shows for a long period of time after he was banned from the room. And no matter what was the true reason behind her banning him, the fact remains he was banned and it’s worrisome that he still hasn’t moved on in almost a year and still freeloads by continuously watching her shows as an anonymous user.

Not that I particularly like grey or free accounts, but I understand why token camsites allow it. It’s to entice them to spend money, since a lot of people do want to lurk and watch before actually putting in their card info and spending money. If members didn’t have the opportunity to look at what was happening on the site before putting in money, a good bit of people just wouldn’t bother with it and move on and the sites would lose money.

I mean yeah, there’s a lot of dudes who watch cam sites and never tip a single token, but there are those who do eventually find a model they really like and start spending money on her after freeloading.

And about the rest, I don’t necessarily side with the mod, because he seems messy too. But, OP is clearly in the wrong here, imo. I side with the model, and I’m sorry she has to deal with all this nonsense.

That's right. Moderators can only silence them for 6 hours. It doesn't silence them in PM either if you happen to have had a PM conversation with the member earlier, which sounds like what's happened here at some point.

And yes, some of his language and conduct in the chat is confrontational. I'm not so much agreeing with word for word with what he says, but rather sympathising with him as to why he snapped and got involved.

Odd because when I silence people their PM goes away and so do their tip notes which I think is hilarious. I don't silence much though, always ban.

And the reason a credit card isn't required is because CB literally advertises free chat, no email or CC required.

At any rate, spending this much time invested in this is red flags from all parties, us excluded of course. Mods are assholes. Stay out of rooms with mods.

Forget it. I'm done with chaturbate.

And just to let you know, I've spent 250 tokens on the broadcaster in the month of April of 2025 and purchased her fan club for $10.99 USD. I spent most of my time avoiding the mod during this month.

And then I didn't go into her room for about 2 months even though my account was unbanned from her room after 30 days.

And then after I created my other account, I purchased 750 tokens to go towards the broadcaster and bought her fan club again for $10.99 USD. I was wanting to make sure I wasn't going to have problems. Then the mod found out who I was and then I wound up having all sorts of problems.

I wound up taking the remaining 722 of those tokens and spending them on another broadcaster instead and left chaturbate for 4 to 5 months.

When I returned to chaturbate, I had to figure out why both of my accounts were banned from chaturbate and restore both accounts. I just said the words "beautiful voice" in her chat and I was banned from her room for another 30 days after the mod told the broadcaster over PM to remove me from her room.

The one thing I can say is that I have tried to pay my dues to the broadcaster. I've spent most of my time dealing with the mod instead.

In conditions like this, what makes you think that I would want to spend tokens on her or to get her fan club? I know I can't spend thousands of tokens like other users, but I do the best I can do.

Regardless of the answer I'm done with chaturbate.
