Hi
From yesterday when i try to login from chrome i see this:
(translation:
Hackers may try to steal your information from portal.cosmopayment.com (e.g. passwords, messages or credit card information). More information about this warning
net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
portal.cosmopayment.com typically protects your information using encryption. This time, when trying to connect to portal.cosmopayment.com in Chrome, the site sent back unusual and incorrect login details. This may happen when an attacker impersonates the website portal.cosmopayment.com or when the Wi-Fi login screen interrupts the connection. Your information is still safe because the connection in Chrome ended before any data was exchanged.

You can't access portal.cosmopayment.com right now because it uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so the site will likely be available later.

Anyone has that too?

Their SSL certificate expired at midnight last night which is why you are getting the error.

There should be an option like "advanced" and then accept the risk and continue or you can just wait (or email them to tell them that it's expired but they should already be aware) for them to get the new certificate set up.

Yes i have this option advanced and already sent them email . But you think is safe to login if they without certifivcate?

Looking at the expired cert I would still use it, thats not to say its safe but I would consider the risk low enough personally for me to use it. Best option is if you are unsure to wait for them to get a new SSL cert.

Just curious, how do you know they finished SSL? I mean if you are sure , its great cuz we dont need to worry

SSL’s have a finite timeline. It sounds like they forgot to create a new one after the previous one, as Marti pointed out they’ll know about it - it takes about 24 hours tops.

You can view the certificate, on fire fox when the certificate is expired and you get the warning page, you click advanced there is an option to view it, you can view the certificate of any website by clicking the padlock icon and then what things display as depends on the browser, but the certificate tells you the date it was registered, the date it expires, who issued it, what domains it covers and some other info.

oh, it wasnt you, it was "unexpected maintenance", if they didnt know the ssl was going to expire it would be unexpected and installing a new one would be maintenance, but it makes it sound like a much bigger thing than it is.
