I've wondered this since I first checked out MFC. Do you find it annoying if someone joins a room and starts making conversation? Do you find it disrupts your show?


By making conversation, I don't mean anything crude. I mean talking about stuff like favourite music, opinions on tattoos, accents, just normal chatter.

Depends on what I am doing. I have one guy in my room who rages whenever someone gets me talking when I've been teasing a bunch. It ruins his boner, I'm sure. But if I'm sitting and talking then yes, all conversation is welcome.

No, it's not disruptive. I LOVE it when people enter my room and make conversation.

It does irritate me though when people use my room to express their love/lust for another model. I've had guys enter my room, and without even saying hi to me, they would say "I miss ____" (fellow model who I am friends with) followed by a sad face. If you miss so and so, why not show her how much you care by tipping her offline and posting a nice, non-crude comment on her profile? Coming to my room to announce that you miss another model is tacky, and how do you expect me to respond to that? LOL. Follow her on Twitter and sign up for MFC e-mail notifications, bro.....

I love conversation like that. Most times I'd much rather discuss items like those in your example than raunchy sex stuff. But as Lacie pointed out, there are some moments where nonchalant conversation can be a distraction. Members should always take a moment to identify the mood before jumping into anything.

It's funny, sometimes I'll be just about to go into a group show after getting warmed up in a sexy way, and someone will casually bring up a topic I'd LOVE to chat about, but I have to refrain and continue into the group.

If I'm not in the middle of some sort of show, then heck yes it's welcomed. I'd rather have some sort of conversation going than nothing at all. It usually seems to bring in more talkers/tippers and it gives me something to do other than look bored until my show starts.

Conversation, IMO is what keeps the room and topic moving, a dead room is a dead topic.

Conversation is very necessary to keep a room interesting....random for sure, and many times several different ones between members as well as the model. Talk about multitasking. :-D The thing that exasperates me as well as many others I know is when some twit attempts to start talking to a model when shes "finger deep" in a show of some sort or even about to cum.... Shes got both hands on toys or occupied somehow, and all of a sudden..

Conversation is welcomed, but preferred to be on topic. I once banned a guy because my room and I were talking about sex, shoes, a bunch of different things and he was talking in length about politics. Nothing to do with the topic at hand and he kept going although no one was entertaining his chat.
Also, I don't want to answer questions/chat during a cum show.

That is the ONE thing I refuse to let in my room conversation wise. 2008 was HELL near the end of the year because of the election. It got so bad I finally started to tell anyone if they had a political opinion they had to tip to express it. :angry4:

But I agree with most chickies in this thread - conversation is welcomed unless there is a particular topic already being chatted about (for example: do not talk about clown sex if we're talking about the newest Super Mario Galaxy game) or a sexy show is going on & all attention should be on the SHOW is happening.
