Hi all been doing live streams on stremate for a year now, I love it, what upsets me is that streamate staff/personal they don't care about other models doing free stuff on public chat I MEAN LITERALLY BANGING on FREE CHAT to get the people , I know this strategy and every couple/girl/boy with a peanut brain inside their head could do it also ! But no some of us respect the code of conduit but its not fair how can I "compete" with a couple that has 20 people on their chat for doing free stuff when I respect the code of conduit ?
And don't don't get me started on reporting them I reported a lot of them still seeing them on. Also By the time I report and by the time I get reply about the report with prof 12 hours have passed and my live streaming for 5 hours was wasted for nothing ?

So I politely ask the staff how can this be resolved ?

Thankfully I think streamate has put into place a new reporting system so that it helps prevents the frustration that you and many other models feel.

But this will take some time before we see models who purposely violate the TOS are properly handle in a timely manner.

I don’t know if you saw yesterday or not, but they sent us an message on messenger about the TOS and what zero tolerance rules we have to abide by and the three strike rule system. It had some helpful info that that I think is a response to models who violate TOS.

I belive you and did on chaturbate also, but still I have said why I chosed streamate....not cool and fair for other models and also for clients.

People sign up all the time without reading the rules. They think they can hustle the same way they did on freemium sites. You rarely see established/veteran models blatantly breaking rules in freechat.

If you see someone being naked in chat, report them but don't make it a habit. Streamate recently created a blog post going over rules and specifically posted about overly reporting models' accounts is a form of model harassment. It's best to ignore what other people are doing and focus on yours.

Serious question: why do you care so much? It's not like it actually affects you.

If you follow the rules it doesn't matter what other people do and people who break the rules consistently won't last long anyway. I jsut don't think it's worth all of the energy you're investing into this.

It's also "conduct" not "conduit"

"code of conduit" makes me think of a program that runs a hadron collider or something...or maybe a JRPG....

yep! i've seen models argue that other people with their wangs out hurts them from making money. maybe. if anything free nudity attracts the people not interested in paying. hell. the internet is filled with free/stolen porn. we can all testify there is still money to be made even if someone is goatse.cxing it up for free.

The fact that you follow the code of conduct when others dont becomes a selling point, there's money in modesty, people will pay a higher price to know that they are getting something that not everyone is getting to see. They may get more viewers, but viewers viewing free shows have little intention of paying in the first place IMO.

When room visitors tell me 'rules are made to be broken' I tell them it is not worth the risk, that the rules are to protect them as customers me as a performer as well as SM and 'I like being on here'.

I also work on Streamate. I don't like it when people try to cheat the system either, but I think the customers on Streamate know freemium sites exist. They chose Streamate instead because that isn't what they're looking for. They're looking for a more personal experience. If they stumble across someone breaking the rules and giving a free public show they may stop and watch but then they'll move along and find the performer they want a private show with.

There will be people on every kind of site breaking rules and trying to do the most, that doesn't mean nobody else makes money. There are girls on freemium sites who won't show their face or get naked in public and they still make money. Aren't there always non-nude models in MFC's top 10? Your room is your domain and the guys who are into you won't care what anyone else is doing. The site will take care of the models breaking rules. Customers report them too, believe it or not. Streamate regulars like the way things are and want the site to stay the way it is.

streamate gives no fucks and will suspend/ban top models. hell they've suspended/banned ROWS of top models at a time. if you see any model, no matter the placement, breaking the rules- they will eventually get caught. streamate runs a tight ship, and they aren't going to let shit slide.

streamate tries to be fair. they give warnings all the time if it's no exceptions ban. if you find yourself accidentally breaking a rule, because it can happen, message support. tell on yourself.

accident as in something flashing on cam that isn't in your control. (pets, wang, roomate) except for minors. keeps those damn kids out of your cam space. don't even allow them in there in case there is a chance you forget to disconnect. if you can't keep them out of your space, unplug that webcam. streamate will not tolerate minors accidentally showing up on cam. period.

I also want to mention this as well for anyone who has service animals. They are not allowed on cam whatsoever. I am epileptic and I have a service dog. I asked streamate about this and their legal team responded that service animals are not exempt from this rule.

Yes, same applies, notify and let streamate support know and the conditions of the event if you have a service animal.

Back when I was in a studio, he was trained to be under my desk or bed and would "boop" me if I had signs of an oncoming seizure. Only one time I had an incident on cam, where he was nuzzling me constantly and for good reason because half of my body went numb. Turns out I had a lesion. That was when I asked streamate about the service animals and they told me still then, no animals on cam, but to notify them if it does happen and to let them know he is a service animal.

Now that I am in a larger apartment with a dedicated cam room, he trained to be under my desk or in the walking closet where he has full view of me but is out of cam view. The other alternative is he is right outside my cam room and is trained to open the door and/or hit an emergency sound button.

I thought about the same thing too if it violated the disability act and I personally think it does. But I would want to ask a lawyer in that field. My seizures and lesions aren't often, very rare, and only happen when I am super stressed or have minimal sleep, so I haven't fully pursued or inquired about it yet.
