Chaturbate - What is allowed?

I totally new, and I'm preparing to start my camming life

I have been reading the T&C on Chaturbate, and there are somethings that I'm not sure about. Since I don't want to get kicked out of CB before I get properly started, I thought I would ask you guys in hope of some answers.

What am I allowed to do on Chaturbate? I know that piss, vomit and other bodily things aren't allowed, but what about BDSM?
This is what Chaturbate writes in thear T&C:
"Illegal or unsafe activities of any kind, including violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with bringing harm to you, in any way, are prohibited."

Does that include BDSM like spanking, slapping, nipple pulling etc.?

Knowing how ban-happy Chaturbate is, I would err on the side of caution. The line from the TOS that says " any actions associated with bringing harm to you" is WAYYY too open to personal interpretation. Spanking is a normal part of sex to some people, whereas others can't stand it. It's a normal thing for me to give my booty a light smack when showing it off, because it's fun and makes it jiggle, but I've had people (on Streamate) freak out over it and tell me "NO HIT!" like ok bro that didn't even leave a hand print, but fine if it bugs you I won't do it.

The last time I checked with CB this is what they told me regarding BDSM:

Light BDSM is allowed. No choking, no rape themes, you cannot break the skin. If you are going to use wax make sure you are not causing blisters and stay away from red wax since it can look like blood. If you are going to use ropes make sure it is not around the person's neck and that they are not tied so tight that they may break the skin.
