Chaturbate Terms & Conditions vs Reality, I'm confused.

From what I've read and could find it's ok to be naked on cam or masturbate when you're an exhibitionist who's 18 or older right? If that's the case then can someone explain to me why almost everyone gets banned within minutes even when it's very obvious that person is older than 18. How to prevent this without becomming age verified? I'm a member for almost 9 years and while in the beginning the Exhibitionist section was a place where Exhibitionist would cam and return regularly nowadays it seems the Exhibitionist section is nothing more then a waiting room where you stay briefly until your request for verification has been approved. What happened that it led to this? Is there anyone who can provide a little more clarity?

I recall exhibitionists being banned for nudity as far back as 2013. Thank you for your reply! I guess that's your experience, mine is different but that's not important in this case. Lets say that they always been and will be banned then why doesn't it say anything about that in the Terms & Conditions? I don't want to see nudists and i don't care about people being naked, in fact i prefer when they aren't because i mainly come here to chat. Chaturbate enforces their rules when people report the model. Sometimes exhibitionists might get away with showing nudity without being reported, but if they are, they get banned. If you want to chat to models without compensating them for their time and don't expect nudity then perhaps go to Reddit live or Twitch

The name of the website is "CHATurbate so i'm just fine where i am. I don't see why i should compensate someone to have a chat. I'm not forcing anyone to chat with me. I rather support chaturbate by buying a supporters membership every month. I'm also on twitch and Reddit. But you're not getting the point. It might sound completely insane to you but as an adult platform you are liable if any minors show up naked on your site. Therefore, in order to avoid a possible lawsuit adult platforms must make sure every performer on their site is of legal age, and keep their IDs on file. Chaturbate might have failed to state it in the ToS (did they? I haven't read that or the agreement since I started) but it's basic enough that anyone with a smidge of common sense should know. As of yourself and your attitude, I gotta say you aren't very considerate of others if you expect cammodels to give you attention and fill your basic social needs with no compensation and you seem to even think a model who has been verified and can receive tokens is less legit or authentic because of it. That's why I said this probably isn't the place for you since EVERYONE on a camsite, verified or not, is there to make money. If someone is an exhibitionist or wants to chat with others just for the fuck of it they go to sites like Omegle, Twitch or Reddit Live. The name of the site is CHATURBATE, you can capitalize the full word, it's about chatting and getting off with performers who want to get compensated for it, and if all you want is a chat Iike you claim and prefer people who are clothed and can't conceive why they would want compensation, perhaps don't go to a CAMSITE?

It does not matter if the person looks obviously overage. The law states that all performers must be age-verified and Chaturbate must have all of their information on record. This is the same for every site of an adult nature, and Chaturbate spells it out quite clearly, over and over again, that they are an adult website catering to adult themes. Therefore, any performer looking to take off their clothes MUST be age-verified and records of this must be kept. And rather than take people's word for such a thing (It's like people will lie on the internet or something!), they need those records for their own protection. Anyone who tries to cam/perform on an adult site without being ID verified is breaking one of the biggest Federal porn laws on the books. Maybe once upon a time they didn't apply these rules as strictly, but big sites can't get away with that anymore.
