I did not meant to be racist and i apologize just sooo frustrated it was very important yo get my account, also i am just stating a fact that happens in many companies who are ruling by outsourcing providers in such a locations as India or philipines they are just bad not caring at customers at all, and is not a race problem it is because they are really underpaid around 400 bucks a month so they basically dont care if your life gets fucked up because theirs are same like it or not is a fact is different when at least one well paid american keeps and eye on the bussines and i am not been racist because i am latino and i live in other sub developed country, but worked for many customer service usa companies and i know what am i talking about

This is cruelty and I am surprised that someone hasn't sued the f out of them or gone to the media and had a scathing expose done on them, and how they treat vulnerable sex workers. On the OP subject. I've been a regular on CB for years, and feel a sense of loyalty (perhaps only through site familiarity).
But I've seen the treatment of models go a long way south in the past year, and the lack of prompt, effective and caring support to them should be a constant source of embarrassment to the site ownership and management. The models are the very people your business model relies on.
The writing must surely be on the wall if this doesn't get turned around quickly.
If site growth (maybe due to covid impacts on society) has exceeded forecast, that can be hard to plan around. But the reaction should follow the realisation promptly, and recognise that more traffic corresponds to more revenue and more support resources. If offshore outsourcing is the temporary solution to plug a gap in support, so be it, but that has to be overseen properly by management and still reflect expectations from models and viewers alike.

I totally agree with you. I was banned on CB half a year ago, too, for the reason of "looking too young" And they don't care that I honestly confirmed my age with a document. Attempts to add to Parker Barbie or support were unsuccessful, the last time support was rude to me saying "if you continue to write
we will extend the blocking period." It's terrible, studios and other models or inadequate viewers simply remove the competitors
with complaints about allegedly "looking young". and the site turns a blind eye to this, depriving people of their only job. And the very concept of "looking young" is so subjective and unhelpful if we are not talking about specific targeted actions. And I laugh when people say that the sphere is not limited to one chaturbate. This is not the case for everyone. For guys, chaturbate is the only site with normal traffic where you can earn money and have a cool audience and not three anonymous people in the chat as on other sites. Unfortunately , even despite such a policy , CB is a monopolist and I want to cry from this

This is not a recommendation or anything, but there are 550 guys (gay, bisexual and a few straight) streaming on another cam site right now, and all the 10-12 random guys I clicked on had been tipped. The #1 guy had been tipped 4300 tks.
