Chaturbate refund?

Hello,

i accidentally purchase the wrong token amount. Accidentally purchased the 4050 token package instead of 400, and its going to put me in a tight spot. I never selected this package and next thing I knew I was charged $319. This has never happened before and it’s a bit embarrassing. Please help?? @punker barbie

Hi I’m having the same problem right now and have been waiting about 6 hours for a response and getting kinda panicky is there an estimate for how long it’ll take to get a response? I don’t wanna email again as I’ve already been told it’ll mKe a response take longer @punker barbie
