Hey , you don't get payed everytime you convert the tokens , you get payed twice per month after the pay period ends . This pay period will end on 15 and the payoneer money usually come in 2-3 days after .

I don't know anything about direct deposit...I use payoneer as the payment method

I use direct deposit. Money usually hits my account three business days after the pay period ends.
