Chaturbate just keep banning our registrations

Hey there!

Im kinda dewastated cause me and my girlfriend just left a really horrible studio and wanted to start camming from home but every time we have tried to register on chaturbate they keep banning us without any reason.
@punker barbie could you please help us? I have no othet idea just ask your help cause the support just didnt answer my questions and I dont inderstand the circunstances. We havent even spent a minute online… how could we broke the rules?

A lot of Studio's have in the contract that you can not make a new account on the platforms you work on with them for 6 months after you leave their studio. Could this be why? Was there this in the contract with your studio?

Chaturbate won't ban for that. They are absolutely not interested in enforcing 3rd party studio contracts.
My guess is there is a pending issue with one of the models' ID. An account with her ID is banned and all subsequent accounts that upload her ID will be insta-banned as well until the first issue is resolved or some manual review clears her.

I thinkso but not sure why. They have accepted and verified the account and on the other day it got banned without any reason or if the reason is my ID its not valin reason cause I have valid password and Driver License aswell. And just dont understand why they arent responding… sent them about 10 e-mails and nothing happened. :…(

I tried to make a new account while that was getting sorted, but any account I upload my ID to gets insta-banned. That's why I think you have a banned account somewhere and wont be able to get a new account until either some time passes or you solve the initial problem.

Well I got the person approved, so waiting on Chaturbate support to get back to me or not. It's a long weekend in the US and their support for this tier is slow even when it's not a holiday, so I'm looking at other platforms because i can't be without the income. 280k followers is hard to replace though.
