I swear to bleezus, CB's obsession with ads is beyond ridiculous.

Just playing devils advocate here.

Could the ads be utilizing location tracking to only appear to U.S browsers? While that is probably illegal in many other arab countries. And other countries like Belgium, Germany, and Russia also prohibit animal oriented pornography. So maybe there as well. I don't think it actually is in the U.S..

Cartoons are not the recording of an actual sex act, so I don't think they are considered sex with animals under the law in the U.S.. At the very least it's not clear cut like in cases with real animals. It may still fall under obscenity or pornography laws. But at that point it's a small distinction between pornography and erotic art. And I've never heard of a creator of this sort of thing losing in court.

Now if the cartoon animal was with a cartoon minor. That is clear cut illegal. Definitely on the books there.

From wikipedia

Zoophilia and the law looks at the laws governing humans performing sex acts on animals. Laws against humans performing sex acts on animals, where they exist, are concerned with the actual act, which it commonly refers to as bestiality, rather than the sexual attraction to animals. For this reason, prohibitions of zoophilic pornography are more varied; they may be unlawful if an actual sex act with an animal is involved, but the status is not clear-cut if there is a mere representation, such as a painting or cartoon. In that case, normal obscenity laws will normally apply. All zoophilic imagery is widely regarded as pornography.

All of CBs ad sales are handled by ExoticAds, which is a publisher / advertiser network. ExoticAds is responsible for matching up ads to publisher sites based on the advertisers indicated geo, targeted niches, direct-buy of specific spots, ect. So really, this is more on ExoticAds and not CB.

I know that ExoticAds has a different standard for advertisements on CB as opposed to other publishers in their network. Mainly against other camming sites advertising on there.

I've always suspected that CB owns ExoticAds, but never found anything to confirm it anywhere and not knowing doesn't bother me enough to reach out to any of the networks to either confirm or deny.

The important thing is that this has led me to hit upon the greatest joke ever told, a joke that has probably existed for decades but a joke I'm claiming as my own regardless. Ahem...

What do you call a lady who fucks men up the bot-bot with a strap-on?

Peggy.

So... I'm sure we're all in agreement... greatest joke ever told... Peggy... :emo:

not to sound like the chaturbate fanboy here, and if im not right then please correct me, but i dont think chaturbate controlls the adds that goes on there site? like i would guess the blame lies on ExoticAds and not chaturbate, also after a little bit of reading on exoticads's home page, it seems like they target the adds after what kind of searches the people on the site where the adds lies are making. this is taken from there privacy policy "we may combine the information you submit with information provided by third parties" in this case the third partie being chaturbate.
i know that normal add company's target adds towards your search history and such, and im in no way trying to say that its the case with ExoticAds because i dont know that. but that's what makes the most sence to me. that by accessing chaturbate's site, you are agreeing to let them get that information, and for them to send it to there third partie, aka ExoticAds, so they can targets add's towards you.

also it sayes, in there use of personal information.
ExoticAds processes personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the reasons set forth above, such purposes also include:

I don't doubt you, what you say makes sense.

But I have to wonder what the hell I searched for that caused me to get an ad with a giant gay guy dildoing his ass with the head of a tiny gay guy.

Thank god for uBlock.

Only if it's obscene (as defined by the "I know it when I see it" test) and/or lacking serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value AND if it's transmitted/transported by mail or over state/international borders (even by computer). So don't worry, that still leaves plenty of opportunity to create legal underage bestiality cartoons, just be sure to consult the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.
