My girlfriend and I are well over 18 want to do Chaturbate.
Our username is waystiverixo.
We submitted out passports and broadcasted and already have almost 300 tokens.
Then for some reason we get disconnected and they ask use for validation again.
The images we submitted are good quality, perfectly readable. However they didn't accept the validation and the reason stated was "region is restricted"
We already tried emailing, and a support bot says this.
"We sorry but the ID for the Independent Broadcaster with the initials S.K. is from a Restricted area that we do not allow. In order for this person to Broadcast, they will need to provide a different form of Identification from a region."
My girlfriend has an Iranian passport, but we don't live in Iran. And there is nothing in the terms and conditions stating that people from Iran aren't allowed to broadcast.
It's very frustrating, because we were already broadcasting, getting view, getting tokens, and it just doesn't seem to be a legitimate reason not to validate our account
Are there any Iranian people on Chaturbate? How can we get around this problem? Any feedback will be taken with much appreciation.
