From what I can tell with some models on Chaturbate it is free for members to turn their camera on so model can see them in public chat. My question is can model turn these off when she goes private so she is not distracted by other guys on camera while she is trying to focus on member that paid for the private time? Can she turn off this feature for those spying or participating in secret shows?

Models can accept or reject requests for viewers to show their cams when viewers initiate it. They can also close it whenever they want. However, I don't know if members can even show their cam to a model who is in a private that they are not a part of 
Since the model entering a private removes her from the public room I would guess that the c2c connection also gets shut down.
