Chaturbate banned me in a private?

Hi! I’ve been using Chaturbate for 5 years now and i had just cashed out $1600 and sent for payment processing when a member asked for a private. The token count got to 1412 and then all of a sudden the page popped up and said that I’ve violated the TOS and my account was banned. The 1412 tokens are still in the bank.

I can’t imagine what i did, other then the member is a regular and he loves race play, so i typed a racial word in a private message and then said it again in private. But we’ve done this before and nothing ever took place account wise. Nothing was said or typed in public chat that would offend anyone.

I emailed support but haven’t heard back yet. I’m hoping i can get my account back. But will the 1600$ i cashed out and sent for payout be paid since it was cashed out before whatever i did to get banned?

This is Christmas money for my son and that’s not entirely fair to ban someone for full filling a members request in private conversation.

Can someone tag that Barbie girl who responds to these requests? I’m new here and don’t know how.

Just because you didn't get caught before doesn't mean it wasn't against TOS then and now. Race play is forbidden.

Thank you. I did send a follow up letting them know that i knew now what I did wrong, and that it was not done in public only privately. And asked that they unban. I also let them know this is certainly not my view in my real life and that i would inform the member in the future that it isn’t allowed. I’m not going to send them any more until i respond.

Although i understand your frustration i would have to disagree with your opinion that i am the problem here. I would say men is the problem here. My account has been reinstated because everyone makes mistakes. Thankfully CB understands that.

You’re welcome! From my experience CB does forgive you for most sins, as long as they aren’t the ones that could cause them trouble on a federal level such as underage broadcasting. you just have to let them know you’re sorry, which I am. Sometimes there’s a very fine line in pleasing a client and breaking the rules.

I’m glad too. I have worked a long time to gain the following i have, and i would be sad to see it go! I’m glad this happened now because i have a better understanding of the entire TOS, and there are actually a couple things I’m removing from my list of what I’ll do for them. If they don’t like it, they can go get someone else banned. Won’t be me next time!
