chaturbate ban all i did was renew my ID

hi @punker barbie I read you could help

My model username on chaturbate is compact_man I was doing pretty well and was on for a year until one day, I got a notification that I should resubmit my ID. I uploaded the same ID I originally registered with, but just the renewal of it with a newer expiration date and photo, and suddenly I was banned with no explanation. This is a fully legal document and I also have a passport too if needed. Please help me understand what is going on. I always follow all the rules

That's normal. Email Cb support@chaturbate.com and let them know it's legit. They'll unlock your account.
