Chaturbate age verification issue

I've been age verified on Chaturbate before (streamed earned tokens etc) I now need to redo my age verification for some reason but it keeps being declined. It's the same valid id I originally used when I was first age verified anyone got any ideas??? Submitted a ticket on CB but still waiting on a response to it days later.

Is it expired? If so you need to get a new ID and submit that.

Nah it doesn't expire for a couple more years

Heya @punker barbie They did respond but no explanation as to why I was able to be age verified with my current ID previously but now no longer can be.
