For me, it took about 2 weeks to have the change reflected on the website.
They responded within a day or two to request further information, then it was a long wait to see it reflected on the website.

I never received any confirmation that they made the change, I just logged in one day and it was updated.
I am a Viewer.

I'm surprised they allowed a change on a viewer account, because you can have as many accounts as you want on the site. They were probably looking over your activity before changing the name.

I'm still waiting for them to answer my email to them.
