Rasin Bran.
If I'm feelin' real wild... Rasin Bran Crunch.

Fuck... I'm boring.

I used to eat a lot of cereal growing up and now I hate it and don't drink milk. But cocoa krispies. Cause come on now... it's not really food anyways. When I was younger if I came home from school and we had regular rice krispies sometimes I'd take a packet of hot cocoa mix and sprinkle it on top. Gross huh? or delicious... it was delicious

Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles....I try not to buy them anymore though, if I keep a box of either in the house theyre gone in two or three days

As a kid the only "kid" cereals I got to have were Cheerios and Kix, once in a while Rice Crispies or Chex. My brother liked "adult" cereal like Shredded Wheat (the original big biscuits). So the first time I treated myself to a "kid" cereal when I got out on my own was almost like sex the first time :-D

I actually like Shredded Wheat, too. I used to call them "Hay Bails" as a kid...

How has nobody mentioned Lucky Charms yet?? Those tiny little marshmallow rainbows are amazing.

Also, Cookie Crisp and French Toast Crunch. Tiny cookies or tiny bread slices? Yes please. :-D

When I could? Count Chocula!

Nowadays I stick to Vanilla Chex...

Growing up we never really had cereal. Mom would always make eggs, toast and bacon. Or have oatmeal or some other hot breakfast. She also made us a lunch meat, cheese, fruit and veggie plate that was all cut up so we could eat with toothpicks.

I can't honestly remember ever having a box of cereal in the house. I never really liked milk anyway. Nowadays, as an adult, if I do get in the mood I might buy a box of cheerio's. But usually before it's done it gets stale and the quart of milk I bought for it goes bad. Then I'm good for a couple more years.

I guess the topic 'cereal killers' is apropos. It never stood a chance in my household.

Recently, I grab two boxes of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios to go with my applesauce and bag of apples.

When I was six, I loved Cocoa Puffs. One day, I opened the box to find it full of ants. I couldn't eat those or the mini cinnabuns cereal anymore after that.

Cocoa Crispies. Honey Oh's (they hurt the roof of my mouth, but they are so damn good!). Golden Rice Puffs (or Smack's, if we're talking brand name).

I love the old Kix, can't really stand the new taste. I used to love Trix, but they're too fake-fruity-sweet for me anymore. Crunch Berries were awesome. Oh, and Life, before they changed it a few years ago (which I think is still different from what they had when I was a kid).

About four years ago, I was visiting my parents in Florida, and I had this one cereal. It was like shredded wheat with fruit in the middle, and the fruit was dried apricots. I have never been able to find it since then, but holy shit that was amazing!

These days, I tend to get generic Raisin Bran every other bag, and alternate it with Golden Wheat Puffs, Honey Bunches of Oats with No Almonds (the generic bag brand, when I can find it... though lately they've just been carrying the one with the almonds, and I hate the almonds.), and generic Frosted Mini Wheats. With the occasional "I know it hurts but it tastes so good!" box of the Honey Oh's.

Random note: when I was in 5th or 6th grade, I did a science experiment to see how fast cereals stopped being crispy. (This was back when they all claimed to stay crispy until you finished the bowl, and I couldn't find any that actually did). To save money, we used water instead of milk, but then no one else in my group would eat it. So I was the tester. Any of the rice cereals got soggy the quickest. I believe it was bran cereals that tend to stay crispy longer, but I'm not sure. I just remember that the rice crispies and fruity pebbles were soggy about a minute after the water was added. EW!

I love the fuck out of cereal!!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite! On normal days I just fill a small bowl (condiment bowls are just about 1-serving of ceral).

On those really indulgent days, I fill a soup bowl to the brim, creating a nice mound of cereal nearly spilling from the bowl. Since it rises once I pour the milk in, I have to hold it down with one hand until the milk soaks into the cereal. I have to be extremely careful while carrying it, and those first few bites there are always a few spills, it's just too damn full. I always use skim milk, not because it's healthy, but because regular milk takes away from the flavor of the delicious little squares. Oh! And sometimes I get a piece that wasn't made correctly, like it's 2-3 squares in one! Oooh, I live for those moments!

LMFAO! I'm a total nut, but that's all the truth.

Oh man, and Lucky Charms. Mmmm. I eat all the cat-food-looking-things-first, then eat the little marshmallows last. Always save the best for last, right?

@Lady Luna, could it have been Frosted Mini Wheats: Touch of Fruit? I don't think they have apricot these days, but these cereal companies are always trying out experimental flavors. You'll see them for a run or two, and then they're gone.

A recent one was Peanut Butter Toast Crunch if that's what they called it. YUCK! It was terrible. I don't know if they still make it, but my super market doesn't carry it any more.

Those crunchberry things are the best! My sister gets the generic ones in the bag for her son, and I dip into them on occasion.

I usually buy something fiber-y like frosted mini-wheats, which the kid'll eat, too, if we're out of his stuff. But sometimes I'll get generic cinnamon toast crunch, om nom nom. There's a restaurant here that makes a cinnamon toast crunch milk shake, and they'll spike it with Rum Chata (omjizzle!). I was expecting just a crumble of cereal on the top, but no, the top TWO INCHES of the shake ARE SOLID FUCKING CEREAL! My inner 6-yr-old went ape shit on that.

How is this cereal porn with no pictures?! Blasphemy, I tell you!

So here is my list in no specific order:

You're welcome. :-D
