CB issues again

I know I been posting about streaming and i had my Internet test by my ISP and my desktop looked at and i was told both are great but i am still having problems with everything dropping now it like 10mins after I start and and i did speed test and everything was great so it seems like it was better before I had everything checked.

Ok that's enough it's been a year now. I told you a year ago to write down when you had issues so we can review the logs and as far as I know you never did that you just keep coming back repeating the issue. Did you even try switching obs servers?

Not an estimate an exact time, then in obs you go to help, log files, upload current log file and just dm me the URL.

So let's say you have the issue and then you switch obs servers is the issue resolved? If you don't switch how long does the issue last for.

ok it usually happens an hour every time I broadcast its very rare that it does not drop after that hour ,I can go on at like 2am and at 3am it starts dropping every 5 mines and when I do switch obs servers it would drop every minute then it would disconnected and my internet has more then enough upload and download.

Hi, I had another problem on another page. I uninstalled Obs and uploaded it again. The problem was solved.

You are using dropping and then you are using disconnecting. What is a drop to you, how long does it last, how often are you completely disconnecting. I want logs and I want you to include the exact times you drop, disconnect, etc

You're not being paid to troubleshoot this, let them figure it out on their own or email support like they're supposed to do when this stuff happens.

it's time to make OP put in some effort to fix the problem vs. continually making threads about the same issue over and over.

I'm gonna guess dropping packets from him to the video servers at CB will be the answer, and not much to do about that ultimately. If @cbhours wants to help him run MTRs and all that, I wish him luck

Well all i get from support @chaturtbate.com is they want a speed test and screen shots of my OBS settings then i get this forum form them staying it might a solution to my problem. I might still have the email of them giving me this forum.

I'm curious what your ISP speeds are and based on those I might suggest you adjust OBS audio bit-rate and video resolution. You may need to lower these to help increase your speed over a problematic connection.

It's the first step to getting your situation resolved. Trust the process. I mean it's exactly what all of us are going to ask you to do for this forum. We don't know who your ISP is, what your speeds are...and neither does CB until you show it to them.

I took both simple and advance to show what they are set at. I had it on simple

My settings: I have 600 up and 600 down (fiber internet)




I have never dropped a frame and run at 60 FPS.

It's an option in the 'Output' settings in OBS - hardware or software encoding.
(Note appearance of OBS in screenshot below is an older release, the laptop I'm currently using hasn't been updated)
