Hi everyone! CB banned me without any reason on November 25th. I wrote them an email from 3 different email addresses, they haven't responded to any of them for 4 weeks! They are completely ignoring me, is there ANY chance I can get my account back?

I just got a response that I participated in a prohibited role-playing game and someone reported me because I violated the laws regarding minors, my account was permanently banned. This is impossible. I have never ever ever done anything like this, is there any way back from here?

How can they do this, and why don't they check the reality of this????
