CB Account Banned

Hey there @punker barbie ! While looking to help online about this topic I came across you and it seems like you're a ton of help so I figured id try!

I just made my broadcasting account less than a week ago and have been having a ton of success with it, when suddenly today mid stream it cut off and I was informed I was banned!

I have no idea what I did or why I would've been banned, but I'm extremely bummed about it because I was really enjoying the platform and had a sizable amount of tokens racked up as well.

If there is any possible way you could look into my case that would be amazing as I am just wanting to understand what violation occurred and how I can avoid making it again as I genuinely never meant any infraction and am so sorry for whatever it was that occurred.

If there is anyway you could assist me in getting my account unbanned and get a better understanding of the violation I would greatly appreciate it and you!

Did you buy tokens at that time with a credit card? - Many banks now block such transactions and the CB will automatically block access to the account
Consider if you haven't said anything bad to someone - a lot of people here are influenced and send reports because they didn't like you
If everything was ok, you should get help quickly

@punker barbie By any chance were you able to see what the reason was for the ban? It has been lifted but I was hoping to find out to prevent any future problems. Thanks!
