CB Account Banned for unknown reason?

Logged in today after streaming last night like I typically do, and it says

"Account Banned"​

"We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service."​

I am completely confused as I do not believe I have broken any TOS?
My main concern is I have over $6,800 in cashed out tokens for this current payment period.
Will I still receive that payment if my account is banned?
What are the odds CB will unban my account? I sincerely apologize for any accidental wrongdoing.
I NEED that money, this site is how I pay my freakin bills.
I emailed them asking why I was banned, failed to mention to money because I was so flustered.

It's so scary to get a message about a block when you have such an amount in your account.
Sometimes Chaturbate reports confiscation of funds, sometimes it pays it as the last payment. But it's so stressful. I hope everything will be okay with you.

i did end up getting my money but my account was not unbanned, i am still trying.
