CB Account Ban Process?

Hi,
I am on CB as eva_secret and have been streaming for over a year. I have just tried to log in and my account has been banned. Lots of posts ask for quick fixes, and I have read but I hope to understand better.

1. How does CB normally let me know why I was banned?
2. What is the normal response time for the support email?
3. Most importantly, how can I quickly find out what happened to my account and fix it so I can earn?

1) They don't have to. I think most times they just say you were banned for breaching the ToS but rarely state which you broke, when, how etc
2) This will vary hugely, some times they respond in 24hrs, sometimes not for a week.
3) @punker barbie can hopefully help you speed things up

Only got one message from @punker barbie that said was serious breach and permanent ban. Not what it was.

I did not breach, and support still no answer. Don’t know what they think I do.

I can’t work cb again and lost channel. Upset after so long working cb and getting followers.

I only single stream, need new website. Where is next best?

Sounds like you did a bad thing. It's unfortunate you don't know what it was... but that almost makes it more cringe. You did something terrible and don't even recognize. Probably could easily be banned here, too, considering.

Hope not. I’ve read community guidelines and terms for cb over all week all ok. Nothing obscene, my shows normal.

I’m no trying to go back to cb now. I just need know best place to try new start?

It's unfortunate you don't know what it was...

I couldn't stand a ban without a clear explanation and would harass support (respectfully, slowly, 1 mail every 3 days..) till they give me one, more precise than "serious breach and permanent ban", 'cause this notion of 'serious breach' can differ so much depending on the person and education (see the other thread concerning mom/dad play...)

This way to treat customers (broadcasters and viewers are both customers) is just not professional.

mfc and Stripchat are the 2 sites you could like if you felt good at CB imo.
