Cant transfer tokens to cash. Cant tip to another account.

Hello. @punker barbie help me out. I have contacted to support 2 days ago but still no answer. I can do nothing with tokens. Cant cashout, can't tip. And I don't know why but I can't find daily payout request.

I really don't know what happened. I always have abilities to get and send tokens. I have ability to withdrawal money via daily payout. There wasn't any problem with it. But now I can do nothing and support don't resopve this and dont answer me at least. Just "your ticket was updated". But when I send request to help via another mail they answer me in a day. But tell me that I need to send this request via mail what I use in profile. I don't understand. It's already 4th day without clearly information what happens. No info, no solution

Tokens are sometimes frozen for investigations (fraudulently purchased tokens, stolen tokens, etc etc), im not saying thats whats happening here but I think the odds are pretty good. If that is in fact the situation they will not respond until their investigation is complete and you just have to wait till they finish.

Nothing comes to mind? I mean you broadcasted for less than 10 minutes and you are saying you are having problems cashing out right? So im going to assume you received a tip high enough to be eligible to cash out......and token freezes are typically the result of an investigation of some kind of token fraud so..........nothing comes to mind?

I'm not CB support or anything i'm just taking guesses based on what you are saying.

Edit: or maybe it was affiliate income?

Well, I use this account (logan_bulge) to withdrawal money, that's right. Daily payout was available for this account. So use it expect for this. I earned tokens by another account and withdrawal with this one. That why it was less then 10 mins. But I didn't see in rules it's forbidden. Even didn't think that I can be banned cause of this
And, I help my friends to withdrawal money cause I was able to do this via this account.
You can say that we could wait end of period and get our money like other models. But when you live in Ukraine. Time is money. And this money is very necessary nowadays for us. So I couldn't refuse to help

Oh this is super super risky, I know a model that helped another model cash out tokens and they ended up being fraudulent and she was permanently banned from the platform for it.
