Can't seem to login in at MFC Help!!

Hi!

I just left AW after a couple of good years camming. I got tired of being treated like dirt by that guy from Sweetkick who does all the customer relations stuff for them.

So I thought MFC might be good. I'd registered there a couple of years ago in case AW vanished. A few days ago I finally uploaded my passport and waited for my account to be finalised.

I didn't get any notifcation that the account was ready to cam so thought I'd log in to check my status. It says 'username or password incorrect'. Which they are not. And I'd logged in two days ago.

Just on the offchance, I tried getting the password resent. The button you press for 'retireve password' is all grey and won't work.

Tech support emails aren't answered from any email address and the contact form on the wiki fails to submit.

And I did all the cache-clearing cookie-dumping bit.

I'm looking around for a telephone support number and can't find one. I've clients drooling with frustration at not being able to cam. I'd rather not go the paypal and pre-booked route as that has it's own nightmares.

Can anyone help with MFC?
 
Maybe it's that the account application was 2 years old and incomplete?

That could be the problem if they have a concurrent problem as well.

Though I'm surprised an incomplete registration only causes a login error *after* a new document is submitted, and not before.

Also the support form failing to submit even after cookies and cached were cleared sounds more like a mailserver problem.

Password resend also requires a mailserver.

Can someone do me a favour and try to request a password resend for themselves? That would at least narrow it down a bit. I've never heard of a mailserver problem affecting just one person unless that person is spamming or has non-standard characters in the email address.
 
Thank you, that solved the mail issues. I got it to resend my login, however the login it resent doesn't work. Even when copied and pasted.

Still no response from tech support.

Thanks for your help, but a cam site I only applied to a couple of hours ago just accepted me.
 
cool, yeah MFC seems to be pretty lax with responding to stuff sometimes, probly even more on weekends.
 
If they don't want their share of $500+ per night it's their loss.

It's incredible. There's so much money just waiting there to be made. I have my AW clients wondering where I'm camming now and you'd think it would be easy.

AW surprised me though. It was some thug from Sweetkick annoyed me. Thought he was running an Albanian crack den. Quite the liability he was. The Management sorted it out but aparently, after graduating on Romanian scammers he has now been given free reign over the respectable English girls too so he's throwing his weight around. Closing down accounts at random over imaginary rule violations when it is clear he hasn't even read the rules. Tech support are supposed to solve problems, not be problems.

So there is a ton of cash looking for a new home, and I doubt I am the only girl leaving. That place has far too much of the industry sewn up anyway.

I was hoping MyFreeCams would be my new home. Seems not. The new place are cool though, so far, and tech support answers in an hour.
