Can't log on SM

Hello.. I wanted to log in on Streamate and I can't out of the blue. Says my email and name is out of their data base. Wtf. I sent email to support.

Does anyone know what issue could be?

I had the same today. First it was written that email or password is wrong,then :something went wrong -contact support. But my account was suspended,because I wasnt online for long time. Then they make my account back but I had issue with login. No idea what happening.

Why im still cant log in.im still trying to contact support but they didnt answer all my emails about it..hope u can help pls..thnx
