cannot send tip. please contact support

last week i received this message when i tried to send a tip. i sent an email to support did not get a reply. i assume the reason is that my ID on file had expired. 2 days ago i uploaded an updated ID which was approved. however i am still receiving this message. i have sent 3 emails to CB support but no reply yet. my username is csblack10

please help!

As far as I know, a plain ID does not affect the SENDING of tips. Usually you can't get this while you're streaming, but basically you can't stream until you update this.
Perhaps the problem is something else?
You may have received suspicious tips before, similar topics have been discussed previously in this section.

in that case i have no idea what the issue is, as i have never had it before. i wish someone would respond to my email. i assume my best chance is for @punker barbie to reach out to CB support.

There are several options for what could have happened. You can read similar topics here. It also depends on whether you are a model or a user.
Can you convert tokens to dollars ?(if you are a model).
Or you can't use your account at all.
Problems may also arise if you buy tokens on third-party sites and receive a transfer from another user. (Although I'm not sure if anyone else does this.)It doesn't have to be any of the options suggested, but you might want to think in that direction. Even if you have done something similar all the time and there were no problems before.

But in any case, it will take some time to get an answer. This also happens in different ways (different timeframes), so be patient.

I'm having the same issue. I've been acustomer for over 7 years. And they have not replied to any of my emails in three weeks. Really hurts. I've tipped so much and taken soo many pvts. It days I'm unable to tip and I must contact support. I've emailed thr forum and the website directly. I don't know what else to do.

i am a user, not a model. and i purchased tokens using a credit card like i have always done, and have never had a problem.

i purchased my current set of tokens b/f my ID expired at the end of december. i did not try to tip in january but when i tried last week i got the message. i did not realize that my ID expired so i uploaded a new ID which was approved a few days ago however i still can't tip. i have no idea if there is a correlation b/n having an age verified ID and having the ability to tip, but it would be ironic if my issues started after my ID expired.

i can use the account like normal, but i just cannot tip.

You both user, bought tokens in the usual way... And now you are prohibited from spending them.
If you violated something like "banned words", your accounts would most likely be blocked. So it's unlikely that this is the case.
To be honest, I’m even interested to know what the problem is. I would be grateful if you could tell me when you receive a decision.
Perhaps someone who had a similar experience and received a solution will see and join your topic.

But I have a question: why did you upload the passport if it doesn’t broadcast? Or have the rules changed?
