Canadian internet provider question

i just moved back from the USA and am shocked at how awful the internet provider options in Canada are. There's things that must be new, like data transfer caps, but I'm so lost. Can Any Canadian camera give me a recommendation or advice with choosing a provider?

I'd ask again in Models Only. Some providers are stronger in some parts of the country, and not every model likes discussing location out in the public forum.

If you're in a province without a Crown corporation or community cable system you are likely to get really screwed over rather than slightly screwed over.
