Hey guys, short question, can we open a new account? Is that allowed?

We got banned for 3 days while we Had the NEW tag and since then we can’t get above 200 viewers..

We didn’t manage to fully use the NEW tag benefits for growing followers.

Any tips and informations are welcome, thanks
