Most models use the logitech pro 9000 or the c910, I think. Never heard of a ptz cam before though.

I believe it's the short term for pan/tilt/zoom cam, which usually doesn't have as good of quality, and rarely a built in mic, like the simpler and more efficient logitech cams do.KarmelKiss said:

I just picked up the Logitech C920, and I can zoom, pan, and tilt digitally, and it looks really sharp and has built in mics. Only downer is it's not a smooth zoom it just jumps. So instead of using a remote for it I use a mouse. I think it's the best investment I've made for caming in a while. I found it at my local Office Max, but amazon has it for $80 I think.
