But I keep it cool- polite but direct.
I'll start by asking if she saw my tip (in the cases where there was no response).
I may follow this up by asking again, but this time cut & pasting the line from the tip menu and the line that shows I tipped (I'm also usually the top tipper by this point).
If she asks about a private room, I'll politely decline with a no thank you.
Usually these take place in PM, but if they don't initiate a PM with me I'll have this convo on the public board.
Sometimes a girl will grudgingly do a minimum version of it, and if they do that I just go away.
But if the refusal continues I will say something to the effect that I wouldn't do a private show because she's already been dishonest with me, that if she has a nice show of course I'll want to tip more- but now I don't trust her.
In the really bad cases, I only have two other recourses: I'll warn other people in the public chat that she doesn't honor her tip menu. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to go about this?

I do understand the economics work better from them in private sessions. Maybe they're under pressure from their "managers" to really extract as much as possible from every customer. I have no problem with that.
