The only request I have is to host the graphic elements (background image(s) ) because on CB a single image request can have more than 2k http requests .

Good point. I just copied your code without paying attention to where the images where being loaded from. I will host the image myself, but I'll also add a blurb in my app that people should really find their own host for images as I don't really want to be a free CDN either!

Does your edited bio support a button for your wishlist? The best approach for asking support is via contact form or our support forum because we can log and identify registered member, ask about template used and better assist rather than guessing.
Anyway, there are two ways you can add a button to your bio, using a clickable image (banner) or a text-link

this is an example of a styled text-link made to look like a button
