Cotton underwear often has thin elastic round the edges so I don't find a lot of it as comfortable as it digs in, I'd say probably stretch cotton with stretch lace around the edges, and either brazilian briefs or bikini briefs. They have to be reasonably pretty too or I won't feel comfortable in them. Any kind of soft material is comfortable so long as it has stretch in it and is the right size. With female smell, it's not all about hygiene, though being unhygienic would be fucking disgusting for someone to go down on a girl then. Smell changes throughout the month for all sorts of reasons, hormones are the biggest reason. So if you're on certain birth control it might change a girls smell, and when she's close to certain times of the month. What you eat I think does change things a bit, but I think that's more because if you eat lots of sugary things then you're more likely to get thrush, which might make a girl smell unpleasant if not treated.
