So recently I've been trying to purchase a car but it seems like every dealership wants verification such as paystubs or checks. Since I chose the direct deposit method for my transfer how can I give banks the information they need? Has any other model bought a car without having another job?

Looks like '3 years of tax returns' shows up as an answer pretty commonly when I google how to provide proof of income when you're self-employed. Not helpful if you haven't worked that long. But then that would be another problem.
Your 1099 should work.

no doc loan may be available. particularly if you have good credit, or a relationship with a credit union.
