Broadcasting but showing offline

Hello @punker barbie .I am broadcasting but its showing offline to my viewers while I am online.i have contacted support but no response.infact i have a good tipper in my room.my name is Ebonyangel17 please i need it rectified @punker barbie

try to restart your pc and internet everythings, happening to me too sometimes till i restart .

When you start broadcasting give it 15 minutes before giving up. You have all these settings?



When you are broadcasting and you hit refresh do you see anything weird briefly?

You are online right this very moment?

Edit: also what method are you using to broadcast? OBS? built in broadcaster?

I used to have the same problem. Are you using obs? Try using a different server. Also I eventually replaced my router and modem. So make sure all your hardware and software is in good working condition.
