Broadcast Suspended after Couple show - needed new performer to add me as Guest under her account

I introduced a new performer to CB and since she doesn't speak any English or have much knowledge with the webcam biz, I got her to do a Couples show with me on my CB account to show her the ropes. We got her ID approved, and I added her username under the Guest Accounts section on the Identity page so that we could broadcast on my account. After doing so, I forgot to get her to add my username under her account (as we did on mine). We did a public and a few private shows within an hour of broadcasting. After taking a short break, I went to broadcast again and saw that I unable to broadcast as my account needs verification again.

My CB username: chadcoder
Her CB username: bryylove

I 'd like to get this resolved ASAP so we can get back to broadcasting. Thank you!

It's almost as if making this post here was unnecessary, aye?

No shade to you personally... just having an issue with the fact that it's ingrained in peoples' heads as if it's needed to come here to get your CB support issues resolved.

I'm so close to shutting this thing down because it's overused for no reason.
