Why can't the member live in the same country as the referrer? :?

Based on our experienes in the adult industry a lot of frauds happened from referral programs where the Model asked any of his friends, relatives, etc to register and buy credits and add the Model as 'referred by' then the transactions turned to chargeback of course after the Model was paid including the new member bonuses. This is the 'planned fraud'

Of course if an USA Model invites an USA Member then it is all right, but if for example an Ukranian Performer invites an Ukranian Member then it is supposed to be a fraud.

1. How is it the model's fault if charge-backs occur on her account? We have no individual screening process to decide who is legit and who isn't. Offering bonuses to models that don't have chargebacks is pretty unfair and shitty.
2. OF COURSE USA models can refer USA members. (????????????????????). I'm Canadian. How crappy that I can't refer my Canadian fans.
3. Why is it that when I try to load your site it asks me for a name and password. If I can't check out the site- even before it goes live- I'm not super inspired to sign up as a member.

Maybe the text of the contest is not proper enough, so please let me make a detailed explanation and answer to all of your questions:

1.The word 'connected' is very important. Connected = the Performer is associated with the chargeback, she/he made a planned fraud and there is an evidence for that. Of course anybody can have a Private where the Member used a lost/stolen card and later those become chargeback, of course it is not the Model's fault and the Model will not get any sanctions.

2. The rule: ' Please makre sure that your Member is not from the same country you are living and working in' should have been detailed as this rule is valid for countries where adult webcam sites usually do not have paying Members from but have Models form there. These countries are: Romania, Ukranie, Russia, Czech repuplic, Slovakia, Hungary so we can say that mostly the Eastern-European countries. Of course in your case Canada is not in the list. We are sorry maybe it seems to be discriminative but we do not have any such aims with that, this rule was made based on the experiences we have in the adult industry (under referral programs a lot of persons try to commit frauds to get the bonus only and these frauds were mostly from the above-mentioned countries).

I understand your point of view of course. It was a necessary decision to protect the site from fraudulent transactions under the New Member bonus period. It is not about discrimination and not about considering Models from these countries to be scammers (the 80% of the Models are from those countries), it is on you how you encode this rule.
