Bonga payouts delay

Got question. My nickname is submistique Talking to support actively for almost a month and my payouts are super overdue. Customer support is very polite, but useless as a department. I haven't received any notification about w-9 tax form, only got "Payments have been suspended". I gave them in 1-1 chat and was confirmed that now everything is ready and good. So far that's what I have. Receiving crypto wasn't a problem, but due to fees and low amout of payout it is not worth it. Now my wife calls that scam and that's why we are not streaming We were on the way to leaderboard from our first streams, but this just forces to stop working with Bonga. Anybody found any solution in getting paid? Other services pay in 1 day, sometimes 2. Stable. Without w-9 form and IN THE USA. They still got all my info to report as other platforms. Any tips would be appreciated.

Bongacams updated the same day Nov 8th all documents, I signed the form and received payout in 6 days (after expected pending). Thank you very much for assistance!

Glad to hear everything was processed smoothly. To be honest, I have never had any issues with payouts on this platform
