Black Screen on webrtc

Is anyone else facing this problem with CB and how do you fix it?

My broadcast looks fine at my end, 30FPS and moving smoothly. At the same time, viewers see nothing but a completely black screen. I refresh a few times, and it usually fixes the problem for a while at least.

So far I have tried, mostly unsuccessfully;

1. clearing cache & cookies

2. tried chrome, safari and the lovense streamaster

3. checked internet speeeds (all other sites are working fine )

4. did software updates on laptops -I use Macbook

5 . tried two diffferent devices to stream on

The issue seems to happen less often if i am not split streaming.

I use webRTC.

Is this a site issue or am i being blonde by missing something obvious?

Thanks vixxen, but my issue is with CB in particular. I have been using the WebRTC with them for years without any issues until now. I only use the lovense extension too, that should not be an issue. It never has been...

If it's happening on two different sites with webrtc...

I don't know anything about it, I've never used it. :/

I found this little diagnostic tool about the Webrtc, but dont have much time to check it out more, but for now it seems to tell you how stable your connection is.

Using chrome or streamaster, type this into the address bar: chrome://webrtc-internals/
it comes up with a report like this:

I dont understand much of it, but i like the words connected and stable.
