Just my :twocents-twocents: Ben Affleck already played A super hero. "The Daredevil" And to me he just did not fit the super hero role very well. So him playing Bat-Man would be a no go for me.

Most of the suggestions fans make of who they want to be Batman I can't really see (such as Josh Brolin and Karl Urban). However, apparently around the time Ben Affleck was announced, I'd read in a few articles that Chris Nolan tried to recommend Wes Bentley for the role:
What say you? I think he may have been great for a storyline that featured a younger Batman/Bruce Wayne, rather than the more matured version based on the Dark Knight Returns.
Then again, I'm not too fussed about the outcome, as Nolan's not involved, and it's clear that he knows what he's doing much more than Snyder and Goyer, regardless of who's cast in the movie.

I'm going on record and saying I think Affleck is going to be a good Batman/Bruce Wayne. There is a lot of room on the bandwagon for anyone brave enough to join me.

I think Affleck will pull it off. People shit on him for Daredevil, but he only did what he was told to do, and the director for that (I can't remember off the top of my head) obviously had no idea how to do Daredevil. Hell, everyone in that movie was kinda shit (except Kingpin) in terms of acting quality.
