Be fair to all models!

Hi I greet you all.I would like to ask @punker barbie why would a banned model keep showing up and she was banned due to serious violations of terms of service.It seems so unfair because I believe we have models in here who were banned wrongly and chaturbate never unbanned them.This model Lupita1993 was banned.she comes in with a different user name dallas_princess and she is allowed to work.she is banned but two days later she shows up again unbanned in dallas_princess!I think it will be equally fair enough if all other banned models were given a second chance like this to open other accounts and be allowed to work like dallas_princess.@punker barbie kindly address this issue.Be fair to all models.

You truly can't say "be fair to all models" as it depends on what has been done to violate the terms and how the model possibly reacts to it. Is she remorseful? Did she do it willingly and knowing she was breaking rules? There are many factors for CB to consider things on a per-user/individual basis. It's not as straight cut as "be fair to all".

The issue here is that she is still banned in her first account and she has opened another probably with a fake Identity documents.Thats why I said it’s not fair.I-am a silent follower of this forum and I see how other models beg @punker barbie to help them

But what you and I don't get to see is any possible "behind the scenes" discussions and reasons. Maybe there was some kind of understanding/agreement to allow her back but not with the original account.
