Banned without explained reason on Chaturbate

So i have been banned on the Chaturbate almost 3 days ago for i don't know what reason.
I haven't received any information why.
Customer support is not replying to me for 3 days.
Never been rude to any models, been buying tokens and this happened out of no where.

I have to admit, that this is very unprofessional support and these are false accusations. NEVER did such thing and here we are, no proof, wasted money and a ban, thank you.
