Username is sacred_phoenix. It is my solo room. I have uploaded crystal clear HUGE 3000 x 2000 pixel images 4 times and they have all come back as being blurry or dark. I cant get support to respond, And now I've lost 3 of my new tag days. Can I please be verified and get my whole 7 day as a new broadcaster, or do I have to just start a whole new account?

Heads up, no one here works for chaturbate who is connected to acf. We do have a cb employee who someone's responds to threads, but that's about it.

@punker barbie isn't it somehow possible to just leave a not age verified account in the state of just "not verified" (exhibitionist) or "waiting for verification" and NOT ban the account in the case of questions about the submitted id?

A ban sounds so super, super harsh, especially for new and unexperienced broadcasters. I don't even know how many new broadcasters just give up when they see "your account has been banned" just because of a blurry picture...

So much THIS!

It's so confusing and offputting to a new model on CB to get "banned" when they simply just aren't verified completely yet. It's incorrect. I'm pretty shocked and appalled that CB hasn't created a proper process for this, still, after all these years of constant confusion and complaints.

But isn't that just reacting to semantics? If it was worded, 'account disable please contact support' maybe it would 'feel' better but would still be the same thing. Since usually their banning seems to fall along things of legal liability keep all the communication using the 'legal' terms for the actions taken makes sense. But I'm not part of CB's legal team but general that's common practice.

Why disable an account when there are questions about the id pictures that were uploaded? CB doesn't require an id from "normal" user accounts too that can't accept tokens. All accounts on cb ARE "normal" user accounts until age verified.

Also think of the people seeing this "ban". Very likely young, unexperienced girls, probably with a language barriere too. Seeing the "ban" is just a really, really bad reaction and causes unneccessary confusion.

A ban is for when someone does something bad. It has a negative connotation to it.

"Account disabled until verification is complete" or something more specific to the ACTUAL issue would be very helpful to the model. It's very telling that they come running here to ask what they did wrong when they get a "ban" for their ID not being verified properly.

I don't get it, in CB, on a age verification issue, you normaly just lose your "TIP" button.
and ok Ban sounds like Fired (semantic is always important)

The did it again last night. And they took the new tag because I was verified in another room already. So I have no initial advantage as a truly new solo model to build that first week's following. I know I had the new tag the first night, and I know there are other models who've done exactly what I did, going from a couple's show to solo, and getting that new tag. We freaked out on support via email last night, and all we get this morning is "sorry for the inconvenience, your account should work now".

Almost feels like I should just delete it, open a new account and try again.

So, I'm gonna Jump in here and add my .02, as my self. I'm the bigfoot in the equation with Phoenix. I've been active on CB, mostly as a moderator and free tech help guy since 2013. I don't work for CB. In the last short while, CB has become awful about arbitrary bans. I've seen models band for no other reason than kicking someone from their room for badgering them and generally being a dick, and when the dickhead goes and complains, because he tipped, the model gets banned. Guilt before innocence.

The verification bans are obviously just a computer that's been programmed to instantly ban any account to upload ID, until that ID is verified. Got it. Tell people that when they submit. Phoenix never tried to broadcast before verification, nor did anyone else come in the room or appear on cam with her.

As far as the spiel about "you've been verified in a room before so you don't get the NEW tag." Bullshit. She had it the first night. Not to mention, how about maevesucks, formerly minxymaeve? She had several hundred thousand followers, killed her account, and I'll be damned if she didn't get that NEW tag for 7 days.

Probably just shut the account down and start over, knowing now to wait for the verification to be done for several days before clicking broadcast that first time.
