Banned out of the blue, no replies from support

Dear Punker Barbie

Please assist.. I have no idea why my account (consumer) "nipplenap" was banned out of the blue - Three contact form submissions to support and no response as of yet.
And I have no idea why, besides the vague statement "MAY have violated TOS" -

I have been on the site for years, I am a supporting member, but feel treated without respect by CB.

The AI they must have in place for ban suggestions should also state a detailed reason at least.

Not knowing anything sucks. As everyone here propably agrees

and the ban was lifted - no reason given...

isnt this a frustrating process for everyone=

Chaturbate AI checker recommends a ban, which is executed before any human verifies the reason to be true.

User affected get no response from support. Have to come here to even get a manual human checking of the case.

Then it turns out it was some false alarm or no real reason for a ban.

Users get no information what even caused the initial alert by the machine.

Its very frustrating and users like me - as a long time and proper money spending user - feel like treated like shit.

I think this is really not OK and I am considering not spending any more money on the platform.

I agree that this process is frustrating. And I'm not sure how efficient it could possibly be for the support staff. But I imagine they always would rather falsely ban than to miss an actual infraction, so they lean toward being ban-happy.

It is especially wacky that people have been trained to come here to my forum to get resolution. Third party sites shouldn't have to be involved, but here we are.
