Banned on Chaturbate after 5 days and earning $500. How can I get unbanned??

I started on Chaturbate last week and after 5 days I earned over $500! I was ecstatic! I didn't even stay online for 4 hours on any of those days as well.

After the 5th day I reloaded my stats earnings page and saw that I was banned. I was devastated! Especially since I have no idea what I supposedly did to violated the CB terms.

I emailed CB support right away and still haven't heard anything back after 4 days.

After doing some research, I saw that the best way to get unbanned was to post on this forum and that's why I'm here. Any advice would be appreciated!

Chad be sure to post your support ticket number in your thread here. As far as why you were banned, did you have any time to review the ToS ( terms of service)? These sites have to be very strict and even roleplaying certain taboo things can result in a ban.

(I am a fellow model I do not work for CB, but I've been a member of this forum long enough to learn a lot about CB and CB bans). Either way be prepared for it to be some time before they get to your ticket. They have hundreds per day.

Thank you for your reply. My best guess is that I look much younger than my age of 43 and may have been suspected of using fraudulent ID. I was also talking to myself in the bathroom after a private show ended while cam status was away. I've read of accounts being banned if a model's boyfriend's voice is heard from another room, so that could be another possibility.

I didn't see a ticket number in the automatic email reply after I submitted my original support request, so I submitted another just now hoping the confirmation screen would show the ticket id, which it did not. However, I did save the URL parameter of ticket_form_id which is 360003104812 of https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003104812

I just received a reply from CB support and it looks like they are going to re-activate my account with a warning. I made a casual, non-serious statement in a private message which promoted the ban. I am now much more aware of what is not acceptable in CB's ToS. Thank you to anyone involved in alleviating my situation.
