@punker barbie really needing your help please, we live streamed the past 8 days doing the same thing we do every night, and to find out we get banned off stream and woke up this morning to the message of being banned. If I can’t get my account reinstated anyway of getting the tokens converted to usd? I’m so worried and stressed out over all of this….

IF you had read the email they sent you and the response punker barbie gave you is that they are looking into your account and your ticket is open and if you send more than one email it sends your ticket to the bottom of the pile as a new ticket. Oldest tickets get closed out first.

Well you said week long suspension, so week plus a day from when you sent them you understood email. Check back in on your account in 8 days
