I am really hoping you can help me. I have been a customer on CB for a very long time with the same name. For some reason I was banned back on October 23rd. I always make sure I follow all rules and if I did something wrong I correct my actions. I have emailed CB back on October 23 and received an automated reply with a ticket number [6Y46R6-JG0EV]. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from them. I would truly appreciate any help you can provide me to get unbanned.
