Banned CB, not sure why

Hi,

Got banned from CB , not a streamer but long time user, mazajds
contacted support on the site got an email but no ticket number, it was automated.

Made a stupid mistake to make another account and got banned 5 min in after purchasing tokens, second user name masajd

I only read the terms and conditions in detail after all that happened, was not suppose to make another account until the first one was dealt/answered by CB that's my mistake.

I just need want back please, need your help @punker_barbie can you help? Username is mazajds
