Banned immediately after verifying my account to earn tokens

Hi, so I sent a support request to chaturbate about this issue the other week and have yet to receive a response. So, about my issue at hand. Before my account was banned, I had no reason to believe my account was on the verge of being banned and had no recent warnings from CB about any potential violations. I do remember getting a warning about something but that was probably a year or two ago.
I was verifying my account to earn and receive tokens. I went through the process and verified my identity and what not. The second I was verified to earn tokens, I was immediately banned without any explanation. So I literally have no idea why and for what reason I was banned, so I would like to recover my account and get unbanned somehow but I have not heard from CB support. Here’s hoping a representative sees this

Thanks for helping getting me the reply back, but support didn’t resolve my issue. They stated that,”The documentation received indicated you may have created your account banertcom in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms. Specifically, you accessed the Chaturbate platform prior to turning 18. For this reason, your account was terminated.”But that reason makes no sense, I didn’t create an account until I was 18 years of age, in 2018. I am 25 years old now. And I remember when wanting to request being able to purchase more tokens over the years, I’ve had to verify my age and identity with my ID a couple times to do so? So that’s why I’m just puzzled on why I was banned if I verified my age many times and am of legal age? I just sent them this reply as well. I would just like to be unbanned please since I am of legal age now. Again, my username is Banertcom and my Ticket is #24304096
