Good evening @punker barbie . my account was banned on CB for what I think was a troll who after chatting said they were underage. I immediately stopped chatting and kicked them out but they came back, I was getting ready to report them and was getting evidence when my account was banned. I have been a performer for over 15 years and have lots tied up in tokens. I have sent several emails asking why and to please reconsider, with not response except a 5 day extension to get my tokens, unfortunately it took them more than 5 days to verify my 2 step verification. @punker barbie They did respond (see below), but I am not sure how they made their decision about what I was doing to make them think I had violated CB policy. Like I said I was chatting with someone who after a while said they were a minor and if that was Ok with me. I immediately stopped chatting and I kicked them out they came back and as I was asking for proof to send to CB I was banned. I in no way did or have ever seek out any content with minors. In addition, how would a minor even be able to make an account, how unsecure is their registration? I have had an account for 15 years and had over $1000 in tokens and I want them back. I was told at the time I could by following the link,. but it took 4 days to get my 2 step verification active and then my account was deactivated again
